Director, Creative Services and Production (Full-Time): Quad Cities River Bandits

POSITION SUMMARY
This position reports directly to the Assistant General Manager of Baseball Operations as well as heavy communication with the Assistant General Manager of Marketing and Director of Marketing and will manage the day-to-day operations of the game day production staff of the River Bandits. Off-season responsibilities include print advertisement, sponsorship graphics, video shooting and editing, graphic design, media archiving, and managing off-site productions. In-season responsibilities include the managing of the game day production staff, organizing and executing all entertainment associated with the video & ribbon board, music system, and closed-circuit broadcast.

Director of Marketing: Quad Cities River Bandits

POSITION SUMMARY
This position reports directly to the Assistant General Manager, Marketing. This person should be an outgoing, energetic and creative professional who is a clear self-starter with strong relationship skills, and extremely strong social media and graphic design skills. This position will be in charge of developing unique promotions and themes that will span the entire River Bandits season.

Director of Food and Beverage: Quad Cities River Bandits

POSITION SUMMARY
This full-time position reports to the General Manager and Ownership. The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all food and beverage aspects for the Quad Cities River Bandits including but not limited to all home games, special events, and other baseball events. The Director will also oversee the department leaders while supporting ongoing development to ensure short- and long-term accountability for event staffing, event planning and daily operations for those areas. This position is also responsible for ensuring that exceptional hospitality is provided, alcoholic beverages are served safely and food and beverage quality and sanitation standards are always maintained.

Box Office Manager: Quad Cities River Bandits

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing the Box Office. This includes daily, weekly, and yearly reporting to the accounting office, cash handling, gameday employee management, and ticket order fulfillment. Responsible for generating sales for season and group tickets.
